General Shipping Times

Australian Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days.

Australian Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days.

International Standard Shipping: Typically 5-8 business days.

International Express Shipping: Typically 2-5 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Australia

Standard Shipping: $8.95 or FREE for all orders over $45.

Express Shipping: $11.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: $25 or FREE for all orders over $75.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us at hello@slskinco.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
