  • Need to return your purchase? We’ve got you!

    Our goal is to ensure that your order meets your expectations. You can return your item in its original, undamaged condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Just keep in mind, returns for damaged or faulty items are handled separately. Proof of damaged/faulty items is required as part of the returns process.
    Your rights under this policy are in addition to any legal rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
    Please contact hello@slskinco.com.au to start your return. You will need your items, packaging of the items and proof of purchase. We will then provide you with all the further information you need for the returns process.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: What to Expect

    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund was approved. If so, expect to see the refund in your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    Refunds can take up to 14 business days from the day we get your return.

    If you need to send your items back to us, we’ll provide all the details on how to package and deliver them. Remember, we can’t accept returns without prior approval.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?
